  When I got home and looked at my previous makeup I noticed I had brought the wrong shade so I went into the shop the very next day to swap shades.

  i would give a 0 if i could! Have had offensive inconveniences multiple times that i shop here and buy something (such as makeup etc.). once is considerable/understandable, but more? it's a shame considering it's so conviniently close to where i am daily, i would be a frequent customer, and they have good ranges of products, but the service is terrible if youre anywhere looking younger than 20 and staying to look/buy. probably going to shop at the other close pharmacies available instead. bad experiences .

  The male manager was so extremely rude and condescending saying I had used the make up stick and couldn't exchange it. The sticker and seal were all still on it and no one could have used it without taking that off, even worse he was blaming me.

  I had recently brought a makeup product before and couldn't remember the shade. I asked the cashier if I could exchange the product if it wasn't the right shade when I got home and checked. They said that was fine.
