  I attended the Woden Shopfront after lunch today in what was a busy period. The reception staff and the attending staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. I had a very enjoyable experience overall including the spacious waiting area. Thank you.

  A general mass of incompetence and inconvenience. Why have a shop front with no cash facilities. Lost the last driving test slot for 5 weeks because I had to travel to tuggeranong to pay.

  access canberra has consolidated all public services under one roof and yet is instead of making information easier to find it has become near impossible.

  Imagine waiting on hold for information then being told you're being transferred but the department doesnt answer, then having to call access canberra again and then going on hold again over and over.

  The new Woden shopfront is a great space. The staff went out of their way to make sure waiting clients were looked after. Good to see buddy training occurring too. Great visit!

  Very pleasent expierence - was served within 2 seconds of entering the shopfront and served with a smile and was done within 5-10 minutes.
