  Went to the store today and just received so much attitude from the male working there. Very rude, wasn't interested in helping me with products, instead of actually assisting me achieve a result, just said that won't work. Retraining in customer service would do him some wonders.

  Paid $120 for 1/2 head of toner, a good haircut and some products too. Very happy! Rang around several hairdressers that charge around $100 for toner, so I was pleased that price attack make it affordable. Staff are great. Not a fancy salon but does the job for a good price.

  bought some stuff and had to refund instantly as I realised I ended up buying too many products, But they never allowed me to get refund just because of their stupid policy. I mean, I requested refund 5 minutes after purchase, and wasn't able to get it refund even though I had receipt.
